During my 35 plus years in fitness and nutrition I discovered one of the biggest challenges people face when embarking on a fitness journey is where to start? Most people simply do not know how or where to begin an exercise program or how to better their habits at the dinner table.
Finding the right program can be an intimidating task especially when searching the internet.
Not to worry because I’ve done all the hard work and taken all the guess work out so you don’t have to think about where to start or what to eat and it’s all done online! Right here. With me.
Once you decide and select from one of the programs just simply click “I want you to train me” and complete your registration. I will email you after your registration is complete and we will pick a time where we can face time.
The reason for this is so I can visually see your muscle imbalances and gather any information I need to know before designing a workout for you. Maybe you need “Corrective Exercises” or maybe you have limited range of motion in a certain area on your body. Are you a stay at home mom. Do you sit most of the day? Are you on your feet most of the day? I can only visually see your muscle imbalances by taking you through a series of easy exercises based on your physical limitations, if any.
This consultation will tell me about “you” and to find out what you are wanting to obtain from a fitness and nutrition program. It will also help me design a program specifically for you!

When you join the studio you will gain access to all the workouts and nutrition plans. In each video I guide you through proper form and technique to help you reach your fitness goals and to ensure safety. I stay clear of gimmicks and fads in favor of my constant message about a well balanced nutrition plan.
