go ask debbieHello everyone, welcome to my website. If this our first time meeting, my name is Debbie Crall, Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I bring to you over 3 decades experience in health and fitness.

I am CPR Certified and have a number of CEU’s for example, MMA conditioning, Body

Mechanics, Cardiovascular Conditioning, Flexibility Training, Fitness Assessment,Group Training, kickboxing, Corrective Exercise, Program Design, The Aging Club Member Crisis, Boot camp for baby boomers, The Truth About Stretching, Abdominal and Core Training for the Aging Spine, and TRX Training for the Active Seniors.

The fitness bug bit me HARD in 1981 and I became infected! I went from a stay at home cigarette smoking, dr pepper drinking mom to aerobic instructor to award winning competitive bodybuilder to personal trainer to fitness model to studio owner to motivational speaker and published author.. and I am still growing.

I’ve trained a variety of people from couch potatoes to professional athletes. I had the privilege of training 3 time PBR World Champion Bull Rider, Silvano Alves. Netflix filmed a short documentary of one of our training sessions. The name of the documentary is “FEARLESS” and it’s available on youtube.
